I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is a major highlight—everything we needed was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring the area.

One aspect that stood out was the service. Although there was only one staff member managing multiple responsibilities, he was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and dedicated to meeting our needs—including serving breakfast for our party of three. His effort and professionalism were truly appreciated. However, having only one person handling everything can impact efficiency. I believe adding more staff would improve service flow and create an even more satisfying guest experience. The room was modest but comfortable. While the cleanliness was not perfect, it was very good for the value and met our expectations for a short stay.

The front desk man was very helpful and the breakfast for a westerners was good . The rooms were large and parking plenty. . The wifi was very good

We were on the third floor which was very hard with the steps as they were very steep, also no in room bathroom, we altered lucky the other room was not booked so it was ok. No TV in the room

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo fermati qui per spezzare il viaggio da Ayutthaya a Lampang, il posto é molto carino, pulito e vicinissimo al centro, sembrava di stare a casa. Il ragazzo, pur non parlando molto bene l'inglese ma grazie al traduttore ci siamo comunque capiti, é stato disponibile e simpatico

The place is cosy and well maintained, and the room we stayed in was very clean. The location is convenient, not far from the airport and close to the Phitsanulok Walking Street. You can easily walk across the bridge to visit Wat Chan Tawan Tok at night and enjoy the beautiful night view of the temple. Last but not least, I recommend the salon called Fa Sai Salon if you need a haircut or hair wash. We were very satisfied with her skills and the reasonable price. She was also very helpful when we first arrived and couldn’t locate the property.

Nothing much but maybe better if can make the signage more prominent.

La chambre est super grande avec une belle salle d'eau. On a beaucoup apprécié l'accueil avec le petit thé glacé offert par l'hôte et le petit déjeuner était très bon aussi.

C'est un peu éloigné du centre ville donc par exemple pour manger le soir il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options proches. Mais en même temps on est juste en face du magnifique temple doré donc il y a du bon quand même niveau emplacement !
