When we arrived, the place was dirty as if they were not aware that we are coming, also the limes was smelling dust

"The owner did not open for me"

The owner of the property did not open for me when I arrived for accommodation and does not want to refund me my money. There is no board or sign indicating that it's a place for accommodation. No cellphone numbers as well to call
