"Good place to stay"

The staff is very friendly and they are quite fast in answering to WhatsApp. Room is clean and cozy. Location is 10min drive from Porto Moniz. Private park place at the house. It's a calm area to stay to visit the north of the island.

The room smelled a bit when I got there. I kept windows open and it was ok. I asked recommendations for restaurants and the closest was 45mins drive, it may be good to be able to advise something closer.

"Acceptable but does not meets expectations."

The game room is good (but 90% of cues/sticks are damaged and unusable) The view from the terrace The quiet of the location. It has parking space.

The bathroom has mold in the ceiling and has a strong humidity smell all day, because it doesn´t have window and the room ventilation is not enough. The location is not friendly if you are not an expert driver or your car isn´t powerful enough (long steep). It is not "really" in Porto Moniz, but 10 minutes by car through a very mountanous road.

"Superb"

Location was perfect if someone is looking to slow down & have a very calm stay with view for the ocean, amazing sunset spot is just 10 minutes away. The car is needed tho I would say, taxis and bolts are also an option but rather long trip by foot.
