The room was clean

No one to open the gate. Waited for over 30 minutes at the gate, when calling the number they didn't pick up until they came from wherever they were and opened for us. Mind you it was around 9:30 at night. This really compromised our safety

The host is always the most pleasant person. Welcoming. It was the second time using the facilities, this time around I brought my kids along with and they also liked it. Best value for money. My wife requested an iron and ironing board in the morning of departure and was assisted speedily. Always clean, good quality of beds

Nothing, love the fact that they are continously improving every time I am there. The establishment must have a discussion with bookings.com. On the website it says the guest house does not allow children whereas I did bring my kids. This might cost them business.
