Sehr angenehmes, ausgewogenes Frühstück in uriger Atmosphäre. Sehr komfortabel, abends pflastermüde im Restaurant gut zu Abend essen zu können.

Gemütlich, 5 Min zum Markt, aber etwas außerhalb des Trubels. Altes Haus, Zimmer angemessen, aber nur mit Treppe erreichbar.

Sehr gute Lage nur wenige Laufminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und trotzdem ruhig. Ich werde gern wiederkommen in das sehr schöne Quedlinburg und dieses gemütliche Hotel

Sehr urige Unterkunft in einem schönen alten Fachwerkhaus, sehr passend zu Quedlinburg. Sehr zentral. Gutes Frühstück.

Ein sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstück alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen die Stadt ist sehr Sehenswert zu jeder Zeit einen Besuch wert wir kommen wieder !

A room with kitchenet almost in the very centre of Quedlinburg.

No information was provided on how to check in to the room and where and how to get to the parking lot. We asked about the parking lot in advance (right after reserving the room), as on Google Streets it was seen that it was completely unclear where the parking lot was. No answer was received. When we arrived at 2 p.m., there was not a soul in either the pension or the restaurant, and there was no clear information on where to go. We had to figure out for ourselves that the button with a person's name was related to the guesthouse. Finding out about the parking lot was not so easy. First of all, its location was not obvious: the inner courtyard, where the restaurant tables are located. But the most difficult thing was figuring out how to get there. The entrance to the inner courtyard is through a square that is marked as a pedestrian zone and closed. The staff's English skills may be limited, because the repeated question "How to get to that "beer garden"?" kept getting the answer "Parking is in the beer garden." Another couple of arrivals joined us, Germans. After multiple explanations, both they and we finally managed to understand how to get to the parking lot. The earliest breakfast is scheduled for 8 am. However, we had a long trip the next day and planned to leave at 7 am. When we asked about the possibility of getting breakfast earlier, we did not receive any flexibility, no offers. But it was good that we asked about breakfast - we found out that the gates to the inner courtyard are closed at night and open only at 7:30 am. It would have been good to know all this information in advance. So after such a long getting into the parking lot, in the evening we still had to drive the car out of the parking lot and leave it on the street overnight. It's not about whether something was provided or not, or how much it cost. It's all about just attention to the customer.
