Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato per due notti, ci è piaciuto molto Riomaggiore, e l'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario. Era pulito e la posizione centrale ci ha reso tutto molto piacevole. L'appartamento si trova sulla via centrale vicino a tutti i locali ed è vicino anche alla stazione. Ringraziamo tantissimo anche la proprietaria, gentilissima e molto disponibile! ☺️ tutto perfetto.

Very comfortable and incredibly quiet. Big shout out to the double glazed windows. Fantastic location and very warm reception with effective communication. Would definitely stay there again.

La ubicación y la camada que era muy cómoda

La struttura è centrale e perfettamente accogliente in tutti gli aspetti. L host è stata gentilissima in tutte le info e ha risposto a tutte le mie richieste. Ci ha dato uno sconto per le carte treni e trekking e consigli utili per goderci al meglio la zona. La casa anche essendo centrale e silenziosa e rinfrescata grazie ai condizionatori presenti nelle stanze. Ci sono stati lasciati anche dei teli mare utilissimi per goderci la caletta di riomaggiore.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Anna and Diego were very communicative and helpful hosts. A couple of days before we arrived, they sent us comprehensive check-in instructions, as well as many recommendations for food, drinks and experiences in the area, with discounts for some of them too. This really helped us to make the most of our short stay. Shortly after we arrived, we messaged them and asked if there was an ironing board in the apartment, and they brought one up to us within 10 minutes. They also provided clarification on how to purchase the 5terre card with their discount when we asked. The apartment is in a great location, in the middle of a popular street with lots of cafes and restaurants, and close to the pier. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk from the train station, with no stairs until you get to the apartment itself. Be aware these stairs are very steep, but the apartment is only on the second floor so it’s not too bad. The host also helped us to take one of our suitcases upstairs which was nice The apartment had modern, quality facilities, particularly the shower. The beach towels were a nice touch, as well as the little bar soaps, shower caps, box of snacks and tea and coffee We also found the lock box at the front door to be very convenient

The one downside was a strange chemical smell that we couldn’t completely get rid of, even though we left all the windows open. We would recommend some minor additions, like extra hand soap for kitchen (so people can wash hands when bathroom occupied), paper towels and a mirror in each bedroom. Also, since the keycard is needed to keep the lights on in the apartment, it would be nice to have more than one key. One of our friends was sick and when we went out to dinner, we had to either make him come to the door and let us in, or leave him in the dark while we were out.
