It was nice that they provided coffee, tea and biscuits. Also we really appreciated all the information provided and their help with keeping our luggage for a bit before our train departed!

The room was lovely in person, the pictures on booking.com don't do it justice. Very clean and modern/minimalist decor. Light and bright bedrooms. Well located within Riomaggiore itself, the walk up the hill from the train station is not that bad, there are definitely more inaccessible apartments in Riomaggiore that are higher up the mountain. Nice bonus to have a small washing machine and line to hang clothes. Our host left us water and some snacks for when we arrived. There were issues with the number of keys we received and some noise issues with neighbours - but our host was very communicative and did their best to solve both issues. The noise level in an upper apartment was excessive and in the middle of the night, which kept some of us awake. Not the properties fault, but something to be aware of: it is an apartment building (not a hotel) and you may have to deal with noisy neighbours.

Nothing really negative, but some heads up for other travellers and a suggestion for the property: Be aware that there are no elevators, so if stairs & mobility are an issue for you - this location will be very challenging. Our 2 apartments were on the second and third floor, so it was a tough hike to get our luggage upstairs as the staircases are large and pretty steep. Not a critique of the property, just something for future travellers to be aware of! The stairs were fine for my group. Last, a suggestion for the property: Add more mirrors, a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment would be a great addition. There were only 2 small mirrors (one in the bathroom, one in a bedroom - nothing in the second bedroom), so getting dressed and putting on make-up was a challenge for our group of 3 girls. An additional mirror in the second bedroom and a full length mirror (maybe in the hallway outside the bedrooms?) would be helpful to future travellers!

First I would like to thank the staff for great communication and instructions on getting to and into the apartment! very thorough. Once in the apartment was very clean and bed was very comfortable. There was coffee pods and snacks which were appreciated. The location was on point we were in the heart of Riomaggiore and that was excellent! Shower pressure was terrific and the view was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend to family and friends and also come back for another amazing stay! Thank you for making our vacation even better!

Centrally located to travel around cinque terre

No mirror on second bedroom.. No bins in the bedroom

Location was perfect, right on the Main Street of Riomaggiore. The room was tidy and comfortable. Francesca was lovely and provided recommendations for us on where to eat/drink and activities we could do.

Was a little loud at night, which was expected due to being on the Main Street.

Francesca was an amazing host and gave us great ideas of what we should do. She was readily available to answer any questions. The apartment is great and well equipped and in an excellent location.

There’s no lift

Excellent location can't fault the place in anything. Highly recommended to anyone for all ur needs, just like home. Quiet area also soundproof. Also the coviencence of local grocery shop and train service.
