"The current overal Booking rate is far too optimistic"

Friendly staff and a nice garden, possibility to buy drinks at the reception but that's it.

Thin walls so that you could hear your neighbour taking shower. It was not an issue once you pressed on the loose doorknobs longing for a screwdriver and saw two spiders hanging above the bathroom sink. Alright if you say it's not a big deal, then how about bathing in a half-warm water? A bit disappointing though.
