"Ok for nigtlife, not for relaxing"

New and functional apartment. Fridge and AC are a great help during summer.

No space/facility to hang swimming clothes. The water pressure in the shower could be better. Not sure if there is a way to better isolate the noise from the street, and I would recommend to fix the lights in the staircase.
