Good value for money. Has a coffee machine. There are grocery store and restaurants nearby. Good parking space. Clean.

Side road located. You'll find the traffic noisy, although the window has a good isolation. The door doesn't prevent the light and noise coming from the hallway. The minibar does not work properly. Red curtain. The bed could be modern and more comfortable. Would be great having the coffee machine available earlier.

Excellent! The room was like new renovated, very clean and quiet. Big spaces with our private veranda. Powerful AC and your own espresso capsel maskin in your room. Private free parking, too! The cleaning lady did awesome work 👏 The owner Danilo was very friendly and helpful. Good location, too! We felt like our home! 5 stars easily ✨️

Danilo was super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. They offer umbrellas and a cooling bag that you can take with you to the beach. That was very nice. We also liked that it had a private parking. Good internet.

The air conditioning was a bit loud but nothing major.

Our host Danilo for being exceptionally friendly and helpful. A sun umbrella came with the room, which saved our skin on many beach days. This was especially valuable considering that nearby beaches charge €60\day for sunbeds and umbrella.

First of all, I would like to greet the facility's manager: Danilo. He was extremely nice and helpful. During check-in, he explained everything, showed the most important places in the area and recommended restaurants. Additionally, the day before our check-out, he suggested that we could extend our stay and we didn't have to leave at 10:30. As for the room, it was very clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was very well-kept. On the plus side, there was a large coffee machine that could be used and free parking on site. Amazing quality for the price. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation is a clear 10/10. The value for money is excellent, and Danilo’s service is better than anything I have experienced before. He took care of everything, kept me updated via WhatsApp, and even provided a gift. If I ever go to San Teodoro again, it will definitely be at Mare Sole.

The location was great! Had local small shops around with everything you need, pizza restaurant next door and plenty other around, bus stop very close to the accomodation and walking distance to the beach and town. Quiet area. Danilo is an exceptional host, very friendly, helpful and kind! Happy to recommend where to go and what to do to have the nicest time possible! Had quite a bad accident on my holiday and he helped to get me an appointment with local doctor and insisted to drive us to the airport. Can’t ask for better host!
