We received a very warm welcome and we're given hot drinks on arrival from Lawrence the owner. We stayed in a Lovely warm clean spacious family room that had teas coffees and biscuits Our room had WiFi and various TV channels including Netflix. The hotel is situated on the edge of peasholm park in a lovely setting and there is parking at the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts we received and we were well looked after during our stay and will definitely return

"Top marks all round. I would recommend The Gordon and happily stay again."

The owners and staff were great. Room was of a good size and bed very comfortable. Amazing breakfast and the Bar was good fun in the evenings.

A little further out of town than expected but only 10-15 min walk through Peasholm Park, which is pretty.
