Zimmer Nr.6: seit langer Zeit schon ist im Badezimmer die Wasserleitung undicht und es läuft 24/7 Wasser aus. Der Badezimmer Boden steht dadurch unter Wasser. Dadurch bildet sich im Schlafzimmer bereits Schimmel an der Wand. Das Personal ist nicht bemüht etwas zu unternehmen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus führt über einen dreckigen Weg voll Abfall.

The staff were lovely and the guesthouse was clean and tidy. Short walk up the hill from the port (<10min) which was perfect for the night before a dive trip. Budget style hotel, but the private bathroom was delightful.

Basic accommodation but good value for money. Up a slightly steep alley from the main road.

No soap in the bathroom, think the slats of the bed were broken so everytime we got into bed it felt a bit dodgy!

Location is good with few restaurents, ATM and supermarket closeby. There is abolutely amazing view from the balcony.

I know most people have very good review, but I had an indiffernt experience. The moment I booked, I got message from the hotel for booking trips with them. When I informed them that I have already booked my trips, they completely stopped responding to my messages, completely unhelpful. I came to check in, there was no one in the office, I had to look around yell for help. The real problem was communication, the staff can't speak english or even understand it. I don't know how this works when all the guests are foreigners. It was very difficult to explain anything, the safety deposit box didn't work and they didn't know either how it works. I needed to leave my belongings at the reception while I was gonna go for a boat trip, which starts at 6 am in this Island, but there is no one at the office before 6.30 am. The staff working their try their best, but it's probably just my travel iternery that has caused a lot of inconvenience.

Great stay in central Labuan Bajo. Facilities were clean, staff was pleasant, no complaints. One thing we liked was ample electrical outlets, which can be rare on Flores.

Cold shower

Really great value for staying in LBJ. The rooms are large. Beds comfy and clean. Hot water too. Free water refill coffee and tea - what more do you need. Staff friendly and close to Main Street with lots of food places. Also amazing sunset view from upper rooms.

Nothing - it is up a quite steep hill. Fine for us but just if you have mobility issues.

It is a basic accomodation but has everything whats needed 🥰 The staff is super friendly! They gave us umbrellas when it rained. Also there is free water refill.
