The room was upgraded so we had a kitchen which was awesome. Secure, pool, friendly and helpful staff.

Location, close to a lot places , having a fridge in the room is a plus.

No breakfast

Bugs in bed, mosquitos coming through holes in front door that doesn’t lock, broken sink faucet, no power or internet, not at all as advertised. Owner refused to compensate us and we ended up paying for a different hotel. This hotel is a 1 star hotel with zero customer service. The view is of construction. The pool was disgusting and there was mold on the ceiling. Rusty appliances. Disgusting filthy furniture outside room.

The property was ok but it look much more better in the pictures than in real life. There are making new rooms in a second floor which makes the stay uncomfortable. The location is far from the main center, like 10 minutes walking and the main problem of this is that the streets are dark and lonely which doesn’t give a sense of security.

My room was perfect for my needs. The owner was responsive and friendly. The location is so close to the beach! Easily walkable to restaurants in Zicatela. Quiet location at night so can’t hear the loud music from the bars.

It was a smaller property and not super social. Everyone was out and about doing their own thing, which is fine. My room was a bit dark so I did wish there was more natural light coming in but not a huge deal. I was also working remotely and the chair height did not align with the desk so it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than these small things, it was a nice place!

Great location, very responsive and kind staff, clean and peaceful.
