So close to the beach and in the middle of the action in la punta

The bathroom always smelled bad, like something from the water pipes. Maybe mold? I’m not sure

Noisy stinky, buggy and hot

Location was too busy without parking. No AC on the top room. I felt that he host was pushing us to get us out. We ended out paying one night for the room even though we decided not to stay. As we were leaving, the host had already booked the room to another guess.

Perfect location right in de busy area of restaurants and right at the beach. The apartment was spacious and had airconditioning. The host was super fast in communication of we had questions

It’s an apartment right at the beach. It would have bein nice if there was a little fridge in the room for basic stuff (water, yoghurt etc.). Also we didnt get daily new towlels, we spicficly had to ask for it Because de situation is in a busy area keep in my mind that will get quiet not earlier than 11pm

We had a great stay at this property, the room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony was such a bonus. The instructions for entry were clear and the communication was excellent. We had absolutely no issues with it not having AC, both fans on and the shutters pulled but the glass doors open - perfectly cool enough for sleeping. Be aware it’s right in the middle of a busy beach strip, and parking nearby can be difficult if you arrive at a busy time but there’s plenty of street parking a few blocks up, and the bars all close relatively early and then you can be lulled by the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. It’s a really fabulous location.

We had two fairly noisy mornings but that’s not anybody’s fault - the water trucks, the dogs, the birds - but that’s life! We were there on a weekend too so I think it was a little busier, it didn’t change our experience which was brilliant.

The room was beautiful

Located right by the beach, and the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Host was responsive. Comfortable bed, and good mosquito net.

The room is very scarcely furnished. There is no place to leave your clothes when you take them outside of your luggage. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom either, which is usually standard most places. There was no hot water in the shower. The hammock on the balcony was worn so not tightened so that you almost sat on the floor. No fridge nor safe to leave your valuables.

The property is in a good location right next to the beach

The door didn’t lock properly. The staff are unhelpful and didn’t know where the closest laundry was when we asked. There is no air conditioning. Mosquito netting around the bed completely stops all air flow from the fan, so it is very hot at night. There was a swarm of mosquitos in our room. The bathroom window opens directly out to the walkway. There is no hot water in the shower.
