The bed and location

The ad is misleading as we weren't aware we would be sharing one bathroom with around 8 other people and the tea making and fridge with goodness knows how many. There was never any hot water and the place needs a very good clean.I nearly put water in the toothbrush holder only to find a giant cockroach in the bottom that had obviously been there months. Plus they have a small dog that wandered around weeing and pooing all over. We have a small dog and would never accept that. All in all a disgrace

The owner was extremely kind and nice.

Unfortunately, despite the owner being a good person and the house being a big and pretty house, our experience were not the best. We had a communication issue regarding our arriving time. We've faced a 1 hour delay during our trip but she hasn't read our message and was not expecting us anymore. Our room was not ready, we didn't receive a sheet, there was a cockroach in the bathroom and the room was not fully clean.

I liked the house, the pool, kitchen and a nice garden. Stayed two nights. Perfect for those with cars. Animals were welcomed, and the hosts dog were really calmn and my kids loved to cuddle with the dog 💗

I didn't have a car, 2km from Playa de los Naufragos. It's close but we got a bit comfortable with the pool instead of getting to the beach 💗 There is many rooms, our rooms door was a bit hard to open in the beginning, and a bit cold fridge, we stayed 2 night so it was ok for us.

The location is good; there are many restaurants and supermarkets, and also it is close to the beach. And my children liked the swimming pool.

The awful smell from the pipelines, the cockroaches and the pressure from the owner (or staff not sure) to check in and out, we were driving with children. They like to stop several times to eat, rest etc and we didn't know what time we would arrive so I told her that we probably arrive in about 2 hours, but she told us that if we don't give her an exact time of arrival, we would have to wait outside with the door closed until she has time to come to do the check-in. So, we rushed to be there as soon as possible. And 25 minutes before the checking time out, she was knocking on our door to remind us to leave. We found these very rude! We knew the check-out time and we were almost ready to leave but we felt uncomfortable with that behaviour from the staff.

The host was lovely . We used Google translate. Swimming pool was really nice. Room was clean and had air con. Location was okay - me and my 10 year old daughter walked from the city. 15 minutes to salt lagoon (you float) , 10 minute to supermarket and food places.
