The location was great, I could easily reach everywhere I needed. The price was also quite affordable.

There were a lot of things I didn’t like. I couldn’t sleep properly because of mosquitoes in the room. The furniture was old and partly broken — for example, the bathroom door lock wasn’t working well. My towel, which I had hung up, was moved without my permission and placed randomly by the window. Breakfast portions were quite small. Also, although the word 'tour' was in the name of the hostel, there was no information or guidance provided about any tours.

Accomodation: loved it, the common room is so homy, I could have stayed there all day! Dorms are spacious and beds comfy. Good shower! The breakfast was good as well. Tour: I went to the Gobi desert with Soko, it was amazing, we were spoiled for a week. The sights were gorgeous and the activities fun and interesting! Extra: Enkh-Amar is an angel :-) Thank you so much for helping me with everything, my visa extension, my bus, my workaway planning. The best place to stay in UB!!

モンゴル国内のツアーを探しているなら、ここは良い選択だと思う。担当の女性はとても親切で、希望に即したツアーを提案してくれる。宿の場所も、市内観光に便利。

宿自体に良かった点はありません。クチコミがよかったので滞在しましたが、クチコミとは全くことなる最悪の宿でした。間違いなく史上最悪の宿です。とにかく蚊が多く、蚊に刺されまくる。また、宿泊客によって態度を変えるスタッフに要注目です。唯一良かった点は、面白い人達が滞在していること。It's the worst place to stay in my life. Since there were a lot of good reviews, I decided to stay in this hostel but it was the worst staying in my life. there were a millions of mosquitoes and I'm sure you can't sleep all night. The staff didn't care about Asian tourists like Japanese, Taiwanese, and Korean etc,.

何よりも最悪だったことはツアーでぼったくられたことです。5日間のツアーに参加しましたが、旅程表とは全く内容が異なるものでした。5日間の滞在で遊牧民との交流等を期待していましたが、そんなものはまったくなく、食事も全てガイドが作ったもので彼らと食事をするチャンスもありませんでした（ちなみに食事はツナパスタ、韓国チャプチェ等基本的に1食につき1品のみ）。行く場所が少ない割には日程が長いと思っていましたが、案の定無無駄な待機時間がものすごく沢山ありました。さらに、超長時間ドライブでトイレ休憩すらなく、約11時間の長時間移動の果てに国立公園のど真ん中で道に迷い、ゲルに辿り着いたのは深夜、夕食は真夜中という日もありました。返金を要求するも「だから何なの？」という態度で一切応じてくれません。とにかく金が取りたいだけだったようで非常にがっかりでした。 また、滞在中ナーダム祭がありチケットについて旅行前から何度も宿に問い合わせていましたが、「チケットを入手することは非常に困難。行きたいならツアーに参加するのがいい（1日につき250USD）」と言われました。しかし、当日の朝、なんとスタッフが大量のチケットを手に持っており、宿泊客に定価の3倍で売り捌いているの見て愕然としました…　現地には沢山の転売ヤーがいて、チケットは非常に高いと言われたのですが、自分達がまさに転売ヤーだったのかと、落胆を通り越して呆れました。なお、私は別のツアーガイドからほぼ定価でチケットを譲ってもらうことができましたので、悪どい人達ばかりではないということは書き記しておきますが、滞在は全くお勧めしません。 The tour was totally terrible, kind of a nightmare. Of course no refund. They just want to get money from tourists. You shouldn't join any tours here as just you waste of your time and money. The worst thing is they are the real tickets scalpers the Naadam tickets. They sold the tickets for all tourists about triple price. They don't care about tourist and only focus on money. Never visit them.

Staff were friendly, simple breakfast with coffee/tea readily available by 8am and it was decent to start the day. I travelled solo so I booked a joiner group tour with them. Somehow I ended up paying more than what I was originally quoted via email when I first inquired (I sent a partial payment before the trip to reserve my slot), but kinda my fault for not calculating when I was paying the balance when I got there. I was very happy with the tour - driver and guide were very nice, had a great time with the itinerary, but a part of me still wishes I had negotiated for a better price and insisted on what was originally quoted. In any case, I would still recommend their tours. I'm just personally not used to taking group tours so I found the price to be a little steep, but I could be wrong, maybe it's the average cost for local operators.

On my first night I was able to request to be moved to the bigger dorm room (good for 8), it was in a different unit,had a lot of space, and had its own shower/toilet so it felt a little more private. Unfortunately the big dorm was fully booked on my last 2 nights (after my tour) so I ended up in the small dorm in the unit where the reception is located (main unit). You won't believe the number of ~travelers~ with no respect for quiet hours. They talked in very loud voices until past midnight in the lobby/common area and can't take a hint. The mattresses are a little old/sunken in the middle so they weren't comfortable (my back hurt every morning) to sleep on. The bathrooms were decent, toilets worked, hot/cold shower available, just manage expectations because they are shared bathrooms and unfortunatelt everyone has different levels of respect for such facilities. On same days or certain hours during the day, they were gross, let's leave it at that. Overall I can't complain much given the price I paid, I just wish there was better upkeep.

the localation

It´s not a hostel, it´s an apartament where you receive people. In a place where they have full hot weather they don´t have ventilator and air condition. Only one person work there (Amazing person Amra), speak english, other problem they never used to put toilet paper in the bathroom.
