Excellent service, big spacious room. 10/10

Would be nice if the curtains had block out

Liesel was such a great host, she gave us such a warm welcome and the breakfast she made for was delicious

Hotel staff, Liesel and Juanita could not do enough! They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was very good are more than enough. Beautiful views from diningroom over the dam.

A few changes will make accomdation so much better. A handrail in the shower. Sidetables next to beds could be higher so that reading lamps could provide better lighting . A chair or two in the rooms for better seating.

Mense is vriendelik en baie behulpsaam. Kamers is mooi en skoon.

Breakfast was good Staff were friendly Rooms were clean and huge

No handrails on the steps - unsafe. Shower faucet was weirdly placed. Could not fill the kettle in the sink. No tea in either coffee station. No glasses or ice available - very unusual for a "boutique hotel" No outdoor furniture on a very nice deck Promotional photographs didn't match reality.

Clean room great food

Very drunk and noisy guests spoiled our stay.

There’s a lady who receives you as you get there, please give that lady a raise. I loved how she’s so welcoming and understands people.

That the area itself didn’t have water activities that are easily accessible.
