Waterfront Boutique Hotel Vanderkloof

Wunderschöne Lage und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ohne Zögern wurde auf Wunsch glutenfreies und laktosefreies Frühstück angeboten. Sollte vor der Anreise erwähnt werden. Grosszügiges Badezimmer.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Neubau. Es hat zwei Fenster, aber man kann die Rollladen nicht hoch machen, da immer Gäste und Personal vorbei kommen. Ein Zimmer im alten Teil des Hauses ist eventuell besser.

Small room, impression on internet room has a view (possibly my mistake)

The breakfast was very nice and filling! We appreciated being able to store our perishables in the freezer overnight. Enjoyed the tranquility and quiet near the dam - the view was amazing when we sat at the pool. Our room did not have a dam view.

There is no undercover parking for cars at the back which is unfortunate as the sun was blazing hot. Hence we had to unpack our entire car, take everything into the room and then re-pack everything the next morning. A carport or net shading would be a good addition! The blinds in our room were broken (by previous guests, we were told at check-in).

Amazing stay — spotless rooms, delicious food, and unbeatable views over the dam. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive!
