The property is beautiful and clean

Staff is unprofessional the cleaner is also doing receptionist duties. I didn't get the warm welcome i was hoping for. Waited at the gate too long because no one was answering and when i called phone rang unanswered. When it was eventually opened it was as though we were not expected into the property, she asked to see proof of booking while we were waiting outside the entrance. No offering to take our bags or even just water cause we stood outside in the sun. You have to always find someone to come and open the gate its annoying because on Saturday we had to leave early. The blinds in the room are holding on by a thread, no bathroom door, no air freshener, no toilet paper holder, no carpet in the bedroom area , no wifi.Would have been nice to have atleast tea and coffee sachets.

The place is very beautiful, but it needs the face of the property the welcoming person must be proper not a cleaner who is just wearing like a hobo it embarrasses the place.

Please get the mini office there by the security room a proper person who is wearing smart you can even make a t-shirt with the name of the property and make them wear it with a black bottom you know for professionalism.
