Huitzilin Hostal

The vibe in general. Really cool people coming and going. The staff was super nice. We had a friend hospitalized during our time there and everyone around was super supportive and made everything possible to help. Besides the people, this hostel organizes plenty of activities. There is always a plan going around. It's a perfect hostel to travel solo or with friends and meet new people. Don't forget to say hi to Huitzilin, the iguana :)

Not very clean, especially the bathrooms.

Everything was really very good nice people attentive owner very cool and helpful staff very friendly and attentive locatiom was a 10 Just all round good experience for some one who had never stayed in a Hostel

Very nice staff, cool daily community activities (often with free food). While I was there it was tranquil but I heard that there is often a Party atmosphere.

The beach in front of the hostel is too dangerous for swimming or surfing (I was told), so there is always a trip involved when going swimming/surfing.

This hostel was quite social. It started with a very nice and inviting pool that was great for meeting people. There was a free meal/event everyday and many people attended(who doesn't like free?). Again, it was a great way to meet people. In the evenings they had suggestions through the hostel group chat on where to go and what to do. I found this was a better combination than trying to have all the events at in the hostel. Oh, and the staff gave out popsicles around the pool in the afternoon. That was a nice touch.

The dorms are very basic but the air conditioning worked and the rest of the hostel features more than made up for it.

Amazing breakfast and food, amazing staff. Chill atmosphere, you can socialize and go out if you want to. Oustanding Pool area

I liked everything! Extended several times! Free Breakfast, Free Ice Cream, Free Activities, Helpful and lovely staff! The pool ist huge and in a great condition.
