It was really clean and the staff was really kind and available. They helped me with a very late check in and a very early in the morning check out. They even borrowed me a cord for my charger for the durstion of my stay. Position is good being that ramstein is quite small.

Loved the location, within a 5 min drive to Ramstein Air Base, downtown Ramstein. The room itself was very clean and bathroom was very nice.

Pillows were terrible, completely flat and the beds could have been more comfortable. Having a water heater in the room would have been much more accommodating since we came in on stateside time and woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't even make a cup of coffee.

Left too early for breakfast

The only local i.e. within walking distance restaurant was poor value. The only good meal was the Greek salad ! I have never before through all the decades have had asbach with ice !
