"The real Bali"

The people, atmosphere, location, and authenticity of this place were all wonderful. We truly loved the hospitality. The location is also very convenient for visiting waterfalls, temples, and rice fields nearby. This is the perfect place for people who want to experience the real life of Bali. As you walk through the village, you’ll be welcomed by the smiles of many locals.

Our stay at Kubu Bakas was beyond our expectations, we could not recommend more. The hosts are so welcoming and provide so much to give you a memorable experience. We took part in a cooking class run by Ari and Sindi which was exceptional and included a tour of the local market. The rooms are beautiful with views of the rice paddies. Everything was wonderful and great value for money. Thank you!!

Cozy room and friendly people. Restaurant had really nice food too! Would recommend. Location is quite remote so arranging transport beforehand is recommended.
