The breakfast was huge and delicious based on your wishes. We had a nice view of the garden and the forest. The location is calm and quiet. Just in front of the house there is a bus stop to take you to Snowdonia!

"Lovely stay in quiet B&B just outside Betws-y-Coed"

Jon & Colin were very good hosts, & the breakfast they provided was superb. The B&B was in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of the village, but within easy walking distance. The cost of the stay was very good value.

The decor was a little dated, & although the bathroom was very clean, the ceiling & some of the higher decorations were in need of a dust. The sink in the ensuite was small and it was difficult to use because of the shelf above the sink got in the way.
