Your friendliness and the fact that you were 100% prepared to assist with any of our needs. The fact that you went out of your way to help me when I had difficulty in finding my way back home after shopping, was a display of a very good host. The friendly dogs and the colourful garden made a good impression.

Providing a little more milk and coffee will be welcome. The shower facility for elderly people should be improved. A non- slip mat in the bath will be appreciated, and a walk-in shower with a fixed shower head in the wall would also be more age friendly.

"Comfortable sleep over"

Gas heater in room did not have gas in the cylinder so could not be used. No toilet air freshener. Toilet is part of the room so i believe this should be provided. My wife would have appreciated a small hair dryer to be standard.

The area where it's situated is beautiful. It's close to shopping centers, which made it convenient.

There wasn't parking as we arrived in two separate cars. The shower head was just a mess, didn't enjoy taking a shower at all. Kids and dogs were making noise very early in the morning.
