Unacceptable invasion of privacy by property owner The property owner entered our private rooms without notice or consent the day before checkout, accompanied by an unknown individual. We had authorized the cleaner for room service only—not the owner, and certainly not a stranger. No warning was given. No permission was asked. This was a serious breach of our privacy, deeply unsettling, and completely unacceptable. We felt violated and unsafe in a space we were paying to occupy.

The place is budget friendly and you get good service without breaking your bank. It really exceeded my expectations and the lady who was showing us around she is really friendly and kind. The place is clean even during your stay your room will be cleaned. The is hot water and a tv to keep you entertained during your stay, If you don't like to watch TV the is unlimited WiFi. What you see in their photos is what you get. In short I really enjoyed my stay there.if I'm in Bloemfontein I will go back there again.

The cellphone number that they show here sometimes isn't working and goes straight to voicemail , they need to do something about that number but they communicated with me through the booking.com platform and gave me another number to call when I was at the gate and the lady came quickly after calling to assist us.
