"Excellent"

The playing facilities for the kids really made real value for money. Big spacious backyard with nice green grass created healthy atmosphere. Swimming pool was also awesome. Braai stands and facilities were cherry on top

The absence of drinking water tap and basin for dishes and cups in the living room. It is so unhygienic to get drinking water from the bathroom and also wash dishes & cups in the bathroom

I like the area of the property and how quiet it is.

The room was not value for money, there wasn’t hot water in the room. No electric blanket as the weather was not good.

"On our arrival, seeing the state of the poperty, we couldn't stay there."

Nothing. The guesthouse as advertised on Booking.com was not an accurate representation of the state of the guesthouse when we arrived.

The guesthouse is in dire need of maintenance and care as can be seen from the photos taken from inside the property. We feel that the condition of the property as reflected on Booking.com falsely advertised the condition of the property and we require a full refund. Photo's 1 and 5: washing on the washing line as well as from the tree, in front of the property as you enter the gate. We requested a full refund which was declined.
