1.) the entrance door. After six and a half hours of travelling, you need to go to the toilet. If it then takes twenty minutes for the door to open, puhhh. The explanation on the mobile phone was correct, but completely illogical to me, why enter any number first and then the code? Since everyone is touching this keypad, it´s no hygienic? Everywhere diffusers that contain toxic chemicals. (I am a pharmacist so know that) You could smell it even before you entered the house. I immediately removed the one from the room. The room was at the back, on the side of the chicken coop. No mosquito net and we had flies, mosquitoes and small 1 mm sand flies (I know them from Cyprus) in the room. The next day we bought a mosquito net at the supermarket and stuck it up ( we took it with us again). It wasn't even as clean as other guests say, the bathroom was quite dusty and there were lots of small objects scattered everywhere with fly droppings (small dark spots), what's clean about that?The pillow was super flat, but luckily I had brought my own. The shower doors were faulty, one wouldn't open and the seal was broken. There were also lots of black mould stains in the shower; a brush or toothbrush is very useful in these cases. The towels were very worn, old and thin. In the evening until 11:00 or 11:30 p.m., the garage was opened and closed every 5 minutes. A loud noise under the room. Once I was standing in front of the car because my husband wanted to leave the car park, and the landlady walked past me without even saying hello. Really very rude! But the worst thing was that I took a cup and spoon from the kitchen and the next morning I received a text message that the crockery is reserved for people that booked breakfast. So they have a camera and didn't declare it which is illegal. It just says CCTV outside! This has already been reported by another guest, but there has be response from them.
