Spacy rooms with lots of natural light through the windows. Very good located. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm inside when it's a chilly weather.

Generally the building and the rooms require some renovation. Quality of tap water is very poor (smells with iron and there are some black particles in it) - requires a water filters. The water pressure is pretty poor, especially on the 3rd floor. The shower heads has to be changed! Double bed is two single beds moved together. The matrasses on the 3rd floor are bad. On the kitchen we missed space and some cooking facilities (but that's not so important for those who prefers to eat out).
