Buena relación calidad/precio. Personal atento y amable. Limpieza diaria. Ubicación a 10 min del centro de Santander. En general todo está bien y cuidadoso.

La acústica e insonorización. Un poco de ruido, algo que también depende de los huéspedes.

"Due notti a El Astillero"

Struttura buona e molto funzionale sita al piano di un palazzo con appartamenti dotato di ascensore. La stanza di dimensioni medie era dotata di una piccola scrivania, di un bollitore con tè e caffè, acqua e succhi di frutta. A disposizione anche un ventilatore per le giornate più calde. Letti comodi e buon segnale Wi-Fi. Il bagno era di piccole dimensioni ma funzionale. Ottimo il livello di pulizia. Nei dintorni, raggiungibili a piedi, si trovano locali, negozi, bar e supermercati. Facilità di parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze.

Las neveras como es lógico hacen ruido y se tienen que apagar para dormir, pero viene muy bien tenerlas encendidas durante el día para tomar algo fresco

La ubicación, el trato, había muchos detalles como por ejemplo bandeja de desayuno, muy limpio

Que la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, el baño era muy pequeño y había pocos enchufes

La ubicación, limpieza y el trato amable y acogedor de Marta y Mario.

Fue un poco complicado aparcar (hemos ido en el puente de agosto), pero siempre se encuentra sitio cerca.

La amabilidad de los huéspedes, nos informaron de como ir a Santander y de todo lo que podíamos hacer. Para hacer una visita a Cabárceno está a 15min en coche.

Es una ciudad dormitorio que solo ofrece dormir.
