Braemar House

Camera familiare molto spaziosa arredata con gusto e dotata di bagno privato. Situata a circa 1 miglio dal centro di Fort William raggiungibile anche a piedi. Proprietaria molto disponibile e raggiungibile sempre tramite booking.

La pulizia potrebbe migliorare. Nella camera si sentivano moltissimo i rumori del piano di sopra (fino a tarda notte). Lavabo del bagno molto piccolo.

Property is exactly as described. It’s very clean and comfortable. Love the on site car parking and really fabulous assistance from Clare.

La tranquilidad

Todo bastante agradable, pero no conseguimos regular la temperatura de la ducha (salía muy fría o muy caliente) y el wifi daba fallos.

The host is very nice, they answered all our emails/queries quickly. The cleanliness was up to the mark, and the bedsheets, covers, blankets, smelt like fresh and new! The fruits and cakes in the hall was a very sweet addition :) The self check in - check out, procedure was very easy without any difficulties.

The only thing which we found missing was - cycle parking. Me and my friend actually arrived on our bicycles and couldn't find any parking area for it, therefore we had to keep the cycles in the front garden itself. Maybe there is a cycle parking which we were not aware of ?? Anyways, not a big issue and this did not affect our stay in a negative sense at all!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Self-Checkin was really easy and the room itself lovely decorated. We had everything we needed.

Le "sefl check-in" est très pratique même si cela est peut-être un peu moins "convivial" et pratique quand on a des questions. Les hôtes ont quand même des attentions envers les clients avec des gourmandises et fruits en libre-service. Le quartier est calme (les autres clients, moins) et il est facile de se garer.

La literie n'était pas très confortable (modèles de matelas à vieux ressorts) et l'un des sommiers était cassé. On a dû mettre l'un des matelas par terre pour dormir car impossible de le laisser sur le sommier cassé (on basculait vers l'arrière). L'isolation phonique n'est pas terrible (bruits venant des chambres voisines, du couloir et de l'étage).

Room was very spacious and bright. The property is easy to find and a short walking into town. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Comfortable enough stay that met our needs. Would stay again.

Small details detracted from our stay. The shower didn’t drain in the en-suite(not a huge problem as we just used the shared ones). Opened a draw on the table to find it broken and dirty with some old cleaning items in. One of the beds seemed to be broken and has a big dip in it.
