Lovey guest house private parking and great location for the village

Only down side no breakfast on sight and hard to locate property needs a bigger sign post outside.

I should have mentioned it directly whilst at the property – My guest room was overheated!

Loved the location, room, atmosphere and the lovely feline friend that welcomed us, and walked us to the door (he/she wanted to be inside 😀). Loved the help yourself snacks and milk.

The heating could have been a 2-4 deg higher as the windows were open when we entered the room.

The extra touches made our trip- lovely bath products to use whilst you are there, orange juice and snacks in the pantry. The owners were so helpful too! The location was right in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water which was great, and the house itself and room was beautiful.

We loved our stay at the Halford House, it was perfect for our trip to the Cotswolds. Short distance to everything, including great breakfast places like The Croft and The Den (both great at gluten free alternatives. Having a parking spot included made everything so easy, and the house was lovely decorated for Christmas and it was truly all warm and cosy. Additional points for the house cat chilling in front of the fireplace. Would highly recommend staying here!

Quaint, charming inn, perfect spot for getting away from the crowds. The owner was always friendly and even provided champagne for NYE during our stay. Very easy to get in and out with the car, especially with how busy the neighborhood can get during the day. Daily cleanings of the room a plus as well.

Beautiful room, beautiful property, loved the style and the access to the main street was just outside our window. Offerings of milk, juice and little snacks free of charge on the upper level.

Although there is parking spaces for all rooms, there appeared to be some difficulty that if guests do not park precisley then this throws out this balance. This felt a little uneasy when leaving the property wondering wether we would be able to park upon return. There are pets roaming around the property which doesnt concern me as i love animlas however there is no prior warning of this which i beleive there should be. This could be problematic if someone is feared of dogs or cats as we were greeted with a dog at our feet. Prior warning is a must upon booking.
