On check out , network was an issue and could not process payment so that we send pop, it caused anxiety and delays for our next appointment. It was not a great experience

Host was friendly and accommodating. She even sent us useful messages pertaining to live bands and things to do. Breakfast was incredible! Bed was comfortable. Large, clean pool.

Parking next to the road at night not really "secure" in SA. Bedroom requires some upgrades - the TV and cubboards are dated. No DSTv and other services, like Netflix, are not included. No space for a laptop or charging station. The balcony had birds and bird poop. Staff could be better trained - they had no idea what Tabasco and Woestersaus was during breakfast. Shower needs none slip tiles. Host is fantastic, but should give clients a bit more space. Wife and I sat down for lunch on the balcony and her dog followed us into the room. She sent me a message asking to keep the door closed when the aircon is on. The door was only left open because of her dog. She might not have intended it, but it came across as treating us like children.
