Great location, incredible nature, friendly staff. Highly recommended! The location in Mali Lošinj is just fabulous.

Check in process is a bit unclear, you need to go to the restaurant and they will help you there. Very friendly people. Plus, the room is not very spacious.

It is in a lovely location, well equipped and the staff are very friendly. I was thrilled to discover that there is an excellent restaurant within the grounds!

Incredible location, friendly staff, privacy, a big balcony surrounded with palm trees and private forrest with a clear sky above you... Did I mention the location? The whole place used to be an office building of the local branch of Croatian Forrests which still owns it but is given in a very short concession to a very nice family to run a tourist accomodation service. Therefore conversion to a mini hotel...

...couldn't have been done in a thorough way this location and building with its own beautiful surroundings being a private forrest park deserve. I say mini hotel because the only thing you get is a small room with private toiletries, non existing sound isolation, a very small albeit with internet connected TV and a water boiler for tea/coffee. The interior design is unfortunately sub-par for the location and I'm sure that if the concession would have been a long term one, the family that runs it would have open hands to do a thorough modernization of the whole place, which it absolutely deserves. Now, because of the inceirtanty caused by a short-term concession, (this is my construction, I didn't talk to them and I'm just assuming it) they wouldn't want to gamble their money on something they might lose ever so soon. As in many other occasions the state proves it self once again shortsighted...

Perfectly located between the Cikat beach and the town of Mali Losinj. The apartment house is surrendered by large garden so it's very quiet. There are numerous amenities for children in the garden and even beach chairs for you to hang out. It truly gives you the feeling of staying in one of the Cikat villas.

The room looked nice however you could see it has been serving guests for some time now. It could use a mild renovation. Shower looked a bit moldy and toiled was leaking.

Location is exellent.

I didn't sleep well because of moskitoes in the bedroom.

Perfect location, just 2 minutes walk away from the bay of Cikat and 10 minutes walk away from the city center!

Unfortunately, the AC did not work and the outside temperature was exceeding the 30° C and there was limited ventilation in the room. Our room was supposed to be for 4 people (we were only 2) but the spaces were really tight and limited...not really comfortable for 4 people, especially without a working AC.

Location is great, the beach was near. Terrace was beautiful, there was even a hammock. Room had all the facilities that were stated, except hairdryer. It has AC, fridge, kettle and two mugs. It was clean and the pillows were comfortable.

Windows can't be closed all the way and also the blinds. It's in forest so all the insects and other animals enter if you turn on the lights. Doorknob from terrace is broken and falling. There were lizards in our room that we were catching all night, every night. In the bathroom there were some ants. The bed is very loud and squeaky. Not for two persons, you can't move if you don't want to wake the other person. The room needs some refurbishment.
