Very comfortable, warm and plenty of room. Great little kitchen, it was very well fitted and had everything we needed. Beautiful modern bathroom. We had a car, so getting around wasn't a problem. Parking was on site.

No where to hang clothes. We were there for a wedding, so we had suits and dresses that needed to be hung :(

I liked the size of the bathroom. It was spacious and comfortable. I also liked that there was a coffee machine available, although the coffee and milk provided were only enough for two days, even though I paid for five nights.

The noise coming from the street is very loud and disturbing. It continues all night without stopping, which makes it hard to sleep. The curtains are not blackout, so the light in the morning is very uncomfortable. The exit from the house is dangerous. The street is very busy, and the driveway is right next to a bus stop. There are two houses in the same yard, and this was not mentioned before. I was confused when I arrived because there was already another car parked there. The mattress is very bad. It is a spring mattress, and when one person moves, the other wakes up. A foam mattress would be much better. There is no air conditioning or heater. There was only a fan, which was not enough for the hot weather during my stay. The only table available is very small. It is barely big enough for two plates at lunch. If you need to use it for work, a laptop fits with difficulty. The chairs are made of metal. They are cold and uncomfortable. There is a strange door that gives access to the main house. It has a large gap at the bottom. Even though it is covered, it gives a very bad feeling, like someone could look inside or open it at any time. Building a cabinet in front of this door would solve the problem. The lights are very weak. It is not possible to work at night without using a flashlight. The TV does not allow streaming from your phone. Adding a Chromecast would solve this problem, because watching only local NZ channels on someone else’s account is not ideal.

Is a very good place for a couple to stay. Have everything you need. The studio is very clean and has a big bathroom.

Perfect accommodation for our two night stay. Beautifully presented and inviting, great location from the main town, wonderful large space. Felt very comfortable and clean. The host provides a few recommendations, including the local cafe just a stone throw down the road which did an amazing eggs bene. Hosts were also very accomodating for our late night check in. Communication before and after our stay was informative and easy. Would like to return again in the future! A+++
