Safety and peace

The staff was veeeeeeeeeery verrry rude, the receptionist. We had to wait over 30 minutes at the gate and no one came to assist us even after a couple of hoots, the receptionist came and was very rude

We didn't stay when we get there we were told the place is fully booked, even though on booking it has rooms available and our payment went through, such waist of time, The lady offered to refund us from her pocket

I liked that we were allowed to stay in the pool till late

The chairs,the bathroom didn't have the door,we didn't get the excess to the mop,they is no wardrobe, no towels we only had 1

Very close to CBD , it’s clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly

The shower area had no shower curtain causing the floor to be messy and slippery.

Easy to find and affordable

Swimming pool was not clean even after requesting it to be cleaned mean time it was 39 degrees and couldn’t swim
