It wasn’t clean. No plugs in the room. The pool was very dirty and unusable. The kitchen was without necessities. And the gate was manually opened

I booked and paid online however when I got there I was told there no rooms available.

The location and the cleanliness of the place.

Communication was very poor. I called the property twice prior to arrival to confirm my booking but received no response, and eventually had to ask someone in the area to check on my behalf. Upon arrival, there was no one at reception to assist with check-in, which was particularly frustrating given the rainy weather. Additionally, when we needed an iron, I called the contact number displayed on the wall multiple times with no answer. It was disappointing to see several contact numbers provided, yet none were reachable when assistance was needed. Overall, the accommodation offered good value for money; however, due to the lack of communication and responsiveness, I would not book here again.

It's a good place with a potential,a very friendly receptionist

Definitely not the room I booked and the linen is torn,I really didn't like that
