I loved the ample writing desk-cum-side rack for bags, etc., running along one wall. That there were a bar and restaurant downstairs was wonderful. Free toiletries, towel and linen included, were very welcome indeed. Centrally located too, close to the Cathedral and museums. The staff was helpful and accommodating. And the WiFi was good.

The stairs were a bit narrow. An elevator for people with reduced mobility would have been a bonus. Despite all the pros and the cleanliness of the place, it felt expensive for just one night. The views from the window was more the restaurant tables and chairs below, than the mountains as advertized because the window was small.
