L’hotel è immerso in un incantevole giardino, lontano dai rumori della città, un’oasi di tranquillità perfetta per rilassarsi. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti con un Tuk Tuk oppure con una piacevole passeggiata lungo una suggestiva strada che costeggia il mare e la zona del pittoresco “cimitero dei pirati”. È una base ideale per partire alla scoperta dell’isola e vivere appieno il fascino del centro cittadino. La struttura, costruita nello stile tipico dell’isola, è molto curata e accogliente. Le stanze sono ampie, luminose e sempre pulitissime, un dettaglio che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e disponibile: per noi è stato un punto di riferimento prezioso, sia nell’organizzazione delle escursioni, sia nel farci conoscere le meraviglie dell’isola, e persino nell’aiutarci a gestire un piccolo problema medico. Un altro punto a favore è la conoscenza di più lingue (italiano, inglese, francese e spagnolo), che rende la comunicazione semplice e piacevole. A pochi metri dall’hotel si trova anche una lavanderia con asciugatrice: in pochissimo tempo abbiamo riavuto i nostri vestiti puliti e pronti all’uso. Consigliatissimo!

Agostino est à l’écoute des voyageurs et de très bon conseil. Son établissement est très très agréable.

The matresses were very saggy (the owner said he'd replace them soon though) and you literally hear every sound from the other rooms and outsider so we found it a bit hard to get good sleep. Also, the rooms are very dark. You can open the doors ofcourse but then you don't have any privacy (our room was right next to the communal space). So for us it wasn't the place to hang out and get rest, but a fine location if you plan to go out a lot anyway. The description on Booking says there's bike rental in the hotel but I asked and that facility is't available.
