Hotel Krone

There was pretty much nothing to like. I booked last minute...

Well everything else. The good thing was the heaters were working.

Our room was clean and very nice. We had a mini fridge and coffee pot. The towel warmer was amazing. I found this to be a quiet hotel. The staff was very helpful. I do not speak any German. They would speak to me in English. The restaurant on site had menus in English as well. The elevator is small compare to US but still works nicely. Our room had a phone, alarm and nice tv. The only thing I missed here is they do not have top sheets. They use a big fluffy comforters. The workout room is small. The saunas are nice. They have a very nice free breakfast here. In a way this is an old fashion hotel where you leave your key at the front desk. Love it here, I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in room 58.

No housekeeping service on the weekend. No elevators. The WiFi kept dropping in and out. Noisy location. The "reception" is a desk in a mostly-deserted restaurant. No phone in the room. It was warm outside, like an oven inside; not a breath of breeze or climate control or fan or anything. Walls paper thin. Musty smell in the stairwell.
