Babushka's food was amazing, wholesome and cozy, better than going to local restaurants!

We liked everything! The host is super nice and welcoming! We had amazing breakfasts in the beautiful living room. Location is very convenient to explore the city by foot.

We had a great stay at Home12. Location is perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and metro station. Rooms were very clean and the house is beautifully renovated . Breakfast was so delicious and the host prepared different options every day. If you you read this message and have the option to book and stay at Home12, look no more, you will not regret it. Totally recommend !

By far, our best stay in Georgia. Everything is fantastic. Arriving back for the second time, it really felt like home. If you want real Georgian hospitality, this is absolutely the place for you.

They really make you feel at home here. What a fantastic little place in a good location, close to great restaurants. Excellent breakfasts as well. Can't fault them in any way.

The dining room and the breakfast itself with daily different typical Georgian specialities was unique. Sitting at the big table with the dishes, some characteristic music playing in the background, and having a small chat with the landlady - a wonderful atmosphere and a start into the day.

Perfect Location: close to metro, bus, lots of good restaurants and shops, and also the Tbilisi State University. They have a generous breakfast which will be freshly prepared for you. Room is small but comfortable and has everything you need (including AC and an electric kettle). They also organize an airport transport for you who delivers you to their doorstep.

The guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. Every day atmari, her mum Marina and her daughter Salome prepare a delicious breakfast for their guests. The room was very clean and all the accessories were available. In general, Tamari will do her best to meet all your needs, simply need to ask and she will make it happen. I felt like being at home and they also wake up in the middle of the night to give me a goodbye gift, really lovely people

Since I was travelling for work I needed to wash my clothes so a washing machine available for guests would be a good plus (also paying an extra fee would be ok). But in any case, Tamari helped me in finding a solution for my need and I'm thankful.

This guesthouse has a very special atmosphere. It’s run by a family which loves art and music. They provided a good breakfast to music on LPs They helped organise a taxi to the airport - They even got up to make us coffee at 3 am!
