This is a beautiful and immaculately clean guesthouse in a peaceful neighborhood with a great view of the city. The lady who runs it is extremely thoughtful, kind, and well organized. We arrived at the guesthouse just minutes after making the reservation and she had everything ready. The room is very comfortable; we slept well. This is simply one of the best places I have ever stayed in Tbilisi.

The view is great, both day and night. Breakfast is okay.

It was a bit hot in the room. Thankfully it had a fan in the room.

Clean rooms and bathroom. Coffee and snacks are available. There is a supermarket very near down the street. The host was very kind and helpful she even took me to the train station by her car.

Best place to stay in Tbilisi. Highly recommended for everyone. Very cosy and nice. The owners are very friendly and polite, and can help you with any problem. 5 stars, 10 from 10, best of best.

Very nice guesthouse! The owners are nice, the room is comfortable with a nice view, the flat is clean. I strongly recommend to stay here. It is about 30min walk to the center, but you can use yandex taxi and you reach the center in 3minutes for about 1.5-2€
