Location, charm.

Cost but old

Friendly people. I loved the room and the service. Near by public transportation, supermarkets, Restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! For two days we had all we needed, the breakfast was good and we slept very well!

You feel the atmosphere of Georgian hospitality The couple who runs the guesthouse is so lovely and attentive

The owner was super friendly and welcoming. She helped us with cooking some eggs we had bought previously. The AC was working very well and made the room cold in no time. There is a small fridge in the room. This however could not compensate for the rest of the things we didn't like

The first room we were shown had no windows, was super dark and small. We were super disappointed. After we considered leaving, the owner showed us another room that was facing the street and was a bit better. The floors had uneven and worn out laminate throughout. The bathroom/shower area had moldy caulking. There was a lot of storage in the entrance hallway, under the stairs, in the corners. Felt more of a hostel style.

We loved Maia, our host. She was so loving and kind, made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Especially the salads and grape juice! The rooms are traditional Georgian and clean. The area was quiet so we slept very well.

the owner was so hospitable I felt like I was on my grandma’s house 🥰 The breakfast was homemade and delicious I also tried their wine which was amazing as well
