I would book this if I came to Tbilisi again. This was down a quieter path, a huge bonus when Tbilisi is constantly filled with tourists, loud cars and lots of honking. This flat was quiet and the neighbors were acceptable. The housekeeper cleaned multiple times during our 2(ish) week stay, and even replenished us with water, soap, and toilet paper. Massive bonus.

The stomping above us, probably just because it's an old house / wood floors. That's what you get with apartments/flats and you will get used to it (or go mad lol) Personally, it didn't bother me at all after 2-3 days but it did bother my wife from time to time
