There is air-conditioning for 5 GEL. Washing Machine for 5 GEL also I think.

If I book a room and the booking/room details mention that there is a washing machine and air-conditioning, why do I have to pay extra for these upon checking in? My booking does not mention that these are “separately charged.”

What a lovely family run establishment The property is extremely clean Very spacious rooms Having the kitchen area is a bonus The location is very central and was perfect for me Such a lovely kind family run the property and are very helpful and responsive to everything I wish I could have stayed here longer

Nothing at all really if had to pick something would be having to disturb the lovely family when having to get them to answer the front door

good location as it's just next to the main station and near hip part of the city (Fabrika) very welcoming and helpful hosts excellent value for money
