Very comfortable and clean accommodation. It’s ideally placed with beach, restaurants and bus station at close proximity. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful and the hostel is exceptional value for money.

This was by far the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever endured. The owner (and I presume his wife) were the most rude people me and my brother have ever met. For context, my brother and I are in our early 20s and recent uni grads who came to Ibiza to celebrate graduating. As soon as we checked in, the owner told us an excessive amount of times that this is not a party hotel in which we told him that we were aware this was a calmer side of the island. We never once gave off the “young and reckless” type as we were very respectful when we arrived and throughout our entire stay. After the very rude introduction, we were greeted with one of the smallest rooms I have ever seen. The beds were uncomfortable and full of sand, the restroom was the size of a shoebox and the shower allowed for no movement (or else the water would begin to flood the restroom). The towels we were given were all ripped, and in the 6 DAYS we were there, they cleaned our room ONCE. (And to our surprise they gave us new, ripped towels). The beds were horribly uncomfortable and my brother and I could barely sleep through the night. Not only that, but the workers did not respect the “do not disturb” sign. We always sleep with it on our door and every single morning, they would walk in while we were sleeping. We dreaded going back to the room and we tried to stay out on the island as long as possible. And to make matters worse, i have never felt more discriminated against and embarrassed while checking out of a hotel. We saw 2 or 3 groups check out swiftly without an issue. However, when it came to us, she tried to belittle us and say “did you guys make sure to leave the room better than you found it” as if we were children. Then she made us go back and clean the room until it was spotless… can you imagine that?!

The hotel has a good location. There is a smoke free beach right in front of it. There were also very good restaurants nearby.

The bathroom was a bit outdated, with curtains in the shower, which made the water leak in the toilet.
