"Amazing customer service, super comfy bed."

The customer service was over and above lovely and phenomenal, they really were a highlight of my week with their kindness and helpfulness. The bed was extremely comfy, perfect mattress.

I wish I had been prepared for how expensive the taxis were. I am a new traveller and was unprepared for how challenging the language barrier is. The people who run I Tri Lione were so kind as to translate for me at one point when I was struggling at a caffe.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay. Mrs. Giada is a very kind and welcoming host, and communication with her was excellent. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
