Reason this property did got get 10/10 is that I had filtered for stays with aircon only. The complex advertises aircon (and CPT heat can be brutal). Was mortified to find a fan/cooler thing in the cupboard. This is not aircon & it made for a disappointing stay.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment from 11 October 2025 to 12 October 2025 in room 2. My booking reference is 6071603393. While I was looking forward to my stay, several effects arose that negatively impacted my experience. 40 square metres in size? The room is so mall and I feel your advertising is misleading. The plates were dirty. The fridge platform is so unstable, our things almost fell out the fridge, we had to level it with paper. No lights outside at night, no in person interaction or ensuring everything is in order, yet you kept on sending messages of when we were allowed in and when we should be out. The bed's mattress is horrific and needs to be replaced, I literally felt the wires and it was very unstable. Overall not impressed with your establishment. Food was delivered, and left outside the door, not sure who it belonged to, we left it on the table at the entrance, no one took it until the following day, we took it to give it to someone on the streets instead of it going to waste. These problems caused a great deal of discomfort and prevented me from getting a full night's sleep,and caused a negative experience. I would appreciate a response to this email. The place was clean

The way the property was advertised it seemed luxurious…When we got there, it was really basic. The picture of the swimming pool on the booking site was taken at an angle where you would think it’s a proper pool only to find out it’s a mini bath tub type of swimming pool, would have made sense if was a Jacuzzi. That was really disappointing and it ruined our mood. The bed mattress was not comfortable at all, it was hard 😭
