Paying for parking, that was bad. I never visited a place and was asked to pay additional money money, rather include it in the package.

Where it was situated, the exaggerated prices of furniture list in the family room. The attitude of the person assisting. The main contact person gave us the incorrect pin drop, we were directed to another address, upon arrival and meeting the gentleman who assisted, he told me he is doing me a favour, because I booked 2 rooms for 9 people, he will place me in a different room, that has a view( the view was a zinc roof)he also gave us two extra separated rooms, so instead of my 2 bedroom for 9 people booking, we were split into 3 different rooms, very disappointing. Parking space was very tight, I wouldn't recommend this establishment

The staff members are friendly, especially a guy by the name of Blessings

The owners are rude and racist. The place is dirty, with the kitchen infested with cockroaches

Parking is a problem, staff very unprofessional, safety hazards all over , the room was smelling damp, very stuffy , no privacy to shower properly, there is a list of problems i would never suggest anyone to book in , my friends an i couldnt wait to leave, whats being advertised an whats there is 2 completely different things

The Toilets are far especially during the night.

No breakfast

We had our own shower and the room was clean

The pool looked dirty
