Noise from other rooms, no consideration whatsoever for other guest and the bed was sinking inside

The outside of the place was nice. I stayed at a different place not the one I originally booked for.

The room I was given wasn't to my expectation. The shower didn't have a door/closing,the air conditioner wasn't working. What I didn't like most about that place was firstly they moved us to a different place but didn't provide us with the location or address till we got to the original place we were meant to stay at, I had also asked them if they could pls keep our luggage for us before check in cause we had previously checked out from another place and they refused saying we had to pay R200 per hour for them to do so mind you this was about 10am or so and we had already paid for the place. We only had one bag,so we had to go around the mall and Restaurants till their check in at 2pm. I was so disappointed with the person I was communicating with cause we paid about R7k for that place. The staff really tried cause at least they tried to be helpful but the management/owner of that place is disappointing. Their outside rooms need renovating and maintenance.

Little space of entertainment. Swimming facilities available for 2 hours from time of check-in. After check out you are not allowed to stay at the braai area or at the swimming pool. They charge R150 per hour after check out.

What a horrible accommodation. I clearly booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but they messed up with rooms, allocating 2 rooms far apart. Ended up sleeping in one big bedroom with horrible furniture. No wardrobe to hang clothes, kitchen is at the toilet door. The toilet is old, The fridge is not working, the Wi fi is non existent. What a horrible accommodation!!!

Everything, my challenge were the stairs but my partner helped a lot, en I believe the staff was going to assist as they were very helpful
