The welcoming from Gerald was excellent, himself and his colleagues assisted us to offload. and was very friendly.

We booked the Spa treatment for 2, and unfortunately due to the rain it could not happen on the river deck. And was asked to do the spa treatment in the Room, although the room can accommodate these the mobile spa beds were not confutable at all. And was a bit hard on the sponges. Then there were no refreshments given during the time although it was part of the package. But treatment from the ladies was lovely.
